During COVID-19, we want to thank all of our patients who are staying at home as much as possible. It may be tough staying at home for prolonged periods of time, so here are some resources we found that can help you to cope during your stay at home.
It is critical to stick with to maintain your regular oral health regimen at home during this important time. If your oral care routine could have used some improvement, this is an excellent time to improve it. Follow the minimum recommended guidelines for maintaining oral health by brushing your teeth twice daily. Brush in the morning and before going to bed. Flossing before bed is vital to dislodge or remove food from in between your teeth.
During this trying time, certain companies are offering free trials or offering some of their regularly paid services for at no charge. Exercise caution, as some free trials will still require payment information to register or activate them. Read all the terms and conditions carefully before you sign up for any new service.
